having occurred with its mechanic at the time of one of his flights, which I decided to present to you.
The flying conditions were deplorable and difficult. Whereas they were above the ocean in middle of the night, a downpour had surprised them and Saint-Exupery had much difficult to locate himself. As soon as he saws a light, he tries to use it like reference mark. Unfortunately, the plane ran up against the

crushed a little further. They were left there with more for fear of evil. After recover having recovered from the accident, it inspected the places to try to know where they had landed. They understood, both, very quickly that they had been crushed in full desert and that their only chances of
survival were to go until exhaustion. They had decided to fight until the end and not to be let die in spite of crushing heat, the lack of
water and the mirages. At this point in time they felt their close end which they
