The plot of this work passes in some center of existing halting during the repression of the decade of years 70 or 80 in Latin America. It is developed by means of the story of the forms to see the reality and to apprehend the different values. They are torturators good and bad? Is possible that somebody makes of the torture its daily function turns out to be a good man. The Captain is the inquisitor person of good treatment, whose strategy he consists of distender to the prisoner, obtaining declarations of interest to his "noble cause". He isn´t the one who beats nor hurts, is the person who asks and suggests. Pedro the prisoner, who holds and shuts up. While it advances the story, the cruelty is increased in I mistreat being able being observed as the forces of Pedro by as much aggression decay. But at the same time it is taken place most interesting of the work, that is the change of role in the scene. Pedro will turn out to be the interrogator and the Captain the required. While the Captain tries to obtain revelations about subversive activities and of implied people; in these new interrogations, Pedro investigates on feelings and values that that one does not show. - Which is the name of such-and-such rebel, the Captain will ask. - That your wife and children would think if they knew of your work, Pedro will question. And between formulated questions and consisting of answers other questions, they are concluding the work, the forces of Pedro and the little sanity of the Captain. Worn away Pedro and "the Tortured" Captain by the moral inquisition of that one. Between physical punishment and moral punishment, both protagonists are finding the death. One by the received blows. The other by the interrogation made by its own one repressed, that have made see and recognize a full life him of confused values and a moral that has shone by its absence. -
