It brings out the embaressing contrast between the manifestation of grace in the contemperory christian and that in Christ himself - the introducer of grace.After a very careful evaluation Mr Yancey concludes that the word "grace" is the most unique contribution that Jesus Christ made to mankind; unfortunately many present day christians and churches have become so proud and narrowminded that the world has stopped associating the word with a church.The book doesnt represent the authors thoughts alone,rather its written after an indepth analysis of experiences of many people from all walks of life.Certainly its a book worth reading!
