The film has 40 characters 200,000 drawings have gone into its making. The director V.G.Samant has brought to light some lesser known chapters of Hanumans life e.g. his meeting with Rama in his childhood disguised as a "madari - ka - bandar " ( in the role of madari is played by Lord Shiva who want to see Lord Rama in his childhood ) only to be later recognized by him his power to transform his body to the smallest form or attain the biggest form as required and his visiting " Pataalpuri " where he meets his son.
