Marriage is a lifetime contract between man and woman who have officially agreed to live together as husband and wife. To have a successful marriage is not easy as some people especially those who are yet to marry may see it. Today, people marry only in the name of love forgetting the their financial background and even their cognitive capabilities that is the ability to handle problems and issues arising in their day-to-day marriage life.The problems in marriage start immediately one party decided to choose a life partner. In today’s world many young people select their partners base on financial status, how handsome or beautiful the person is and some very funny qualities thereby forgetting the most important qualities like the internal character and behaviour of the person. Wearing the wedding RING is not the ULTIMATE, there are more to it. In selecting a life partner there are some procedures or processes that you have to follow. First of all, you have to find out whether the person you love so much also love you too. Further more, you must conduct some background investigation to know the person’s character and behaviour and see whether both of you are compatible.
However it is advisable to select the person from the same religious background.Marriage is about PATIENCE, the ability to ADAPT and ACCOMMODATE your partner’s behaviour since both of you were trained in different environment, with different preferences and even with different religious and ethnic background.The good news therefore is that after you have tasted the bitter side of marriage all is not lost. There are some procedures and guidelines to follow in order to revive or put your dead marriage back on track. First of all both of you must accept that you have a problem in your marriage. Further more, you must again be prepared and work together in order to resolve this problem. However, you must not apportion blame on any of the party for bringing problems in the marriage. Lastly, it is advisable to see an experience marriage counselorBut remember that MARRIAGE is all about PATIENCE.
