planning daily,monthly and yearly with realistic goals, now! Life will make its own way everyday, we have to do the same, but one day at the time taking care of the present doing everything in our power to concentrate solely on the needs at the moment. Do not ignore the problem but addres it with determination to solve it and it will go away but if it keeps coming back to hunt you down recall step by step of your plan and dont be too hard on yourself, that could possibly be the issue.
