What should an ideal teacher be like?
Nobody can learn how to be a perfect teacher, because he should be born with
teaching running throw his blood. He should be neither too talkative nor too quiet. He should never make a comparison between students; however, the most
important thing is, in my mind to like this job.
At the first glance, an ideal preceptor should be tolerant and let everyone to do everything. I take a
different view of it. As far as I am concerned, a good teacher means exacting teacher. Only this way he can teach us something. I am a great believer of keep discipline on lessons. It is teacher’s work to motivate pupils to stay quiet and listen what he wants to say.
As I see it, a perfect instructor should not show the similarities and differences two students. Personally, I hate being compared me to my brother. This is the reason that I think, that everyone should be regard individual. Everyone is different and an ideal teacher should know about it.
There are no perfect people, so there cannot be perfect teachers too. Everyone can be wrong. The most important is to have so big student’s respect, which they cannot lose, because on the end of the school students give teachers grades too.
