This excellent dissertation book about gastronomy was
written by the tenfold Olympic and quintuple World cup gold winner
first-rate
cook, Károly Varga. The bilingual book was written in Hungarian and English as
well. The commendatories were written by such renowned persons as Mária Etele
the executive of the Hoventa exhibition, or István Pető the chairman of the
National Hungarian Gastronomy Association. We can find the Venesz prize author''s
walk of life while reading. The main aim of the book is the introduction to the
speciality of artistic and the acquaint of the needed technologies  and
informations for it''s cultivations. It demonstrates the implements of vegetable
and fruit carving just as giving specifications about the wide range of stocks,
the curing and use of them. Above all the book is amazingly illustrated.This
book from the most capable expert became an unbeatable, unique creation. I
commend it to pastime cooks, but it is also a required reading for all the
ambitious and creative cooks.
