Bullying is a Form of Abuse and a Crime To me bullying is a form of abuse. Usually when people think of bullying they
think of kids pushing other kids. But bullying doesn''t stop after childhood. It also sometimes leads into adulthood. Bullies are everywhere, especially in the work place. They''re our bosses, our supervisors, our school teachers, and sometimes they''re our spouses. It''s wrong either way. But how do you deal with it? You can ignore them, cross your fingers and hope they go away. But the odds are that they won''t. This kind of abuse is very hard on adults who know how to deal with this kind of thing. But what about the poor kids who can''t or don''t know how to handle people like that? What can they do? They''re too scared to tell their teacher, because they are afraid that if they do, they''ll have to put up with worse the next day. So instead of saying something they keep quiet and the abuse continues. We have all at one time or another been bullies as children. If you weren''t, consider yourself lucky. It''s no walk in the park believe me. I have two children, a boy and a girl. When someone is picking on them, I notify the school immediately. I feel that they need to do something about the problem. I leave my kids there with them for six hours a day. The least they can do is take care of my kids as well as teach them. I am happy to say that the school policies at my children''s school, are very good. They have no tolerance for bullying. Bullying should be considered a crime, because it is a crime. It is serious one at that. When kids, are forcing other kids, to give up their money, for whatever the reason may be? That is considered robbery. Beating up someone is called assault and battery. The last time I checked, these were considered crimes. Now I know that some parents might disagree with me But I think that if the bullies enjoy picking on other kids and making them scared every day, they should be punished accordingly. When I say this, I mean that these bullies should go and spend a couple of days in juvenile detention to teach them a life long lesson. If you do the crime, you''ll have to do the time. Bullying is no funny matter. It''s wrong and should be dealt with before it ends up going too farWrite your abstract here.
