And often is
his gold complexion dimm’d

Means: The sun’s rays are always blocked out by the clouds
Literal meaning : ‘gold complexion’ means the sun
And every fair from fair sometimes decline

Means: Every beauty in the world will fade away
By chance, or nature’s changing course, untrimm’d

Means: All the beauty fades away because of the harsh
             environment, accidentally or as time passes by
Literal meaning: ‘By chance’ means accidentally, ‘nature’s
                            changing course’ means the passing of time
But thy eternal summer shall not fade

Means: But your beauty will not fade away
Literal meaning: ‘eternal summer’ means beauty
Olden English: ‘thy’ means your
