seems to be unpredictable.
Being an avid football fan, I used to
dislike cricket as much as I dislike eating greens. What do you expect when the richest cricket board sends a team of 11 ageing players, some of them even sporting a paunch, to represent a cricket-crazy nation inspite of having a billion people to choose from?
However, the Twenty20 cup has renewed my interest in cricket. Here''s a small ode to the cup which has turned out to be a big favourite.

has witnessed the fall of the mighty.
Big guns floundering, minnows winning,
have set team coaches rethinking.
Yet, we cheer on as our nations play,
I hope the Twenty20 is here to stay.
