Sometimes when I’d visit Sashi, I’d just say to him “Man, you sure have nice looking staff and I wonder how you people can work here. Phew the temperature sure is high man! LoL!” Fact was that Sashi used to work late and I used to wonder why? I mean like, work is work lah but do you have to work until 10pm or 12pm?
I used to wonder man… Was it really so much work, or was he carrying balls or something else. Yeah, man, work and work – sometimes catching him out for drinks at the pub was like kinda on rare occasions. You could say it was a once-in-a-blue-moon kinda thing. Still we kept in touch and once in a while I’d bump into Kay and I’d flirt abit with her. Yeah, she was hot; still is from what I heard.
Often times, we’d meet after work at some “mamak shop” which is a Malaysian coffee stall operated by Indian guys. They serve a really great cup of tea and a kinda fried bread called “roti canai” which is kinda delicious. Yup, we’ll sit talking about everything and anything under the sun, especially girls we know and salivate at together… LoL!
It was at one of these evenings that Sashi suddenly out of the blue, said to me, “Hey man. I gotta tell you something. But you gotta promise you ain’t never gonna tell anyone ya! Swear???” And I said “Okay bro, so just spill the beans okay… You can trust me.”
Sashi looked at me and suddenly said, "I am having an affair with Kay..."
And so it begins…. This story is being told with Sashi’s permission by the way
Sometimes I kinda wonder why I blog you know? It’s not like I am making big money from blogging. I’m not like being appreciated by all the people who read the blog. Yeah. Some people drop by and make all kinds of shitty remarks and all. Heck, why don’t they start their own blog and tell their own stories then. If they could write better, entertain better – why not just do it ya? Of course some of you people love reading my stuff and for that I am gratified. Still, it’s not like I am making any money especially since my blog got hacked and I lost quite a bit of my readers, especially those from USA, Britain and Singapore. If not for my Malaysian fans, this blog would be kinda quiet in terms of traffic. So what keeps me going man? Why? Why? Why? Well, I suppose now that I am getting older, I sometimes feel my life is slipping away.
