A wonderful dream gets interrupted by
an eerie ring of the alarm- and you wake up, sullen and with a heavy
head. Who doesn''t have a problem getting up on time? We all do!
But there is a wonderful and simple way to get up on time without even
using the alarm clock- it is the pillow method.
Science today acknowledges the existence of a biological clock in the
human body- which is in tune with the world time. So when you can send
a message to this biological clock, you will attain mastery over
getting up whenever you want.
The technique is very simple. Just before you go off to sleep, tell
your pillow three times what would you like to wake up. Silly? No.
Effective. Tell your pillow something like "Dear pillow, wake me up
tommorow morning at 6 am sharp" three times. Then go to sleep.
This should be the last thing you say before you drift of to sleep.No
thought between this and you entering the sleepy state will make it
succesful. You will see that the next day EXACTLY at the time when you
told your pillow, you will get up.
The pillow Method might take some time to master, but once you get it
right, it will be a wonderful tool for a lifetime. So chat with your
pillow- and make it your friend.
Tip:
In the morning your eyes will DEFINITELY open at the time you tell your
pillow. But from the moment you have to take control. If yo decide to
sleep for ''just five more minutes", you''ll end up getting up a few
hours afterwards!
