Today shopping is
shifting toward an experience that people pursue for fun, recreation and
adventure, as well
as a way to buy more stuff. Shopping is the examining of
goods or services from retailers with intent to purchase. In some contexts, it
is can considers a leisure activity as well as an economic one. It is also can
be considered a recreational activity of psychological interest but in classify
it in active or passive recreation, active recreational shopping will
involves  on selection and purchase but
passive recreational shopping is only view shopping as entertainment.
"Window shopping" is an English phrase meaning to look into glass
windows of a shop for entertainment try on the items and imagine purchasing
items without actually purchasing, possibly just to pass the time between other
activities, or planning a purchase. "Screen shopping" is derives from
this term but applies to online retail stores (i.e., window-shopping through a
monitors screen). This report examines in depth the newly emerging recreational
shopper — who they are, and surprise both men and women shop for fun; how they
shop; where they choose to shop and who their favourite retailers for
recreational shopping are; and most importantly, their drives, motivations and
passions that incline them to look at shopping as fun.
