Write your abstract here. Cromwell ,perhaps was the most mis- understood man in British History. He was without doubt,the
Father of Republicanism. The Instigator of many revolutions. Following Cromwell came the French Revolution, the American Revolution, his student Tom Paine took a great deal of his inspiration from his pernicious attacks ,on both the Church and the State,and supported the ending of the Divine Right of Kings. Tom Paine was also instrumental in the Drafting of both the American Constitution, and the French Constitution. Cromwell although a religious Puritan, he stopped the barbaric act of Witch Burning, that also had repercussions ,in the America,s The division of Church and State, is non so evident than in my Home Town of Chester, where one can still see a Courtroom inside the Church of St Werburgs and can still be seen today. Cromwell also rode his Horse to the Altar in Winchester Cathedral. As a Historical note he first introduced the Cavalry Charge
led by Lord Marlborough, and for a Twist of History the Last Calvary Charge in British History, was in the North West of India, led by his Great, Great, Great Grandson.
