PLANNING a
career is like knowing precisel how you want to look like 2 years from now, then 5 years from now ....to 10 yaers from now. Nowadays, its just possible you could get an apprenticeship or selected training for a specific technical-knowledge taken right out of school.
In the absence of that , you have to plan your own career knowing what is required of a perrsson at the position you covet or wish to be at 2 years from now, 5 years from now ...20 years from now.
Essentially you can use a questioning technique of analysis which identifies realistically what the

country like Ghana or in a developed country like the USA or in Great Britain.
Why do want this job?
Because of your eloquence or your passion
How do you wish to attain this aim or passion?
Are you
going to train by going to acquire college degrees and on the job experience or are you going to ask a veteran broadcvaster or celebrity for advice and apprenticeship?
