Britney Spears was barely eight
years old when she appeared at an
audition in Atlanta for the Mickey Mouse Club. She then went to New York, where she spent three years studying dance and acting, while also appearing in television ads. After years of hard work, she was able to appear on the Mickey Mouse Show for two years before going back to her normal life in Louisiana. At fifteen she went to an audition for a girl group, where she captured the attention of a producer, which give rise to her solo career. In 1999, Britney Spears released her debut album, ...Baby One More Time, and the next year she came out with a second, titled Oops! I Did It Again.
