books arose from reading a newspaper article which published the results of a survey searching for the grumpiest group of people in UK. The result was that 35-55 year olds, predominantly males have the primacy in this category.
Since I have first seen the TV adaptation of Grumpy Old Men/Women the idea immediately caught up on me. In spite of being young (under 25), I also find myself trying to let the steam out by counting to ten on several occasions during the day.
