As far as the eye can see there is a horizon of a blue yonder that stretches year in and year out in the sky overhead.
This morning the sky was so beautifully blue and so clear that I saw the trailer of a jet
aircraft strung right across my line of vision and I imagined myself in the flight going off to work for remuneration as usual.
But the passengers on the bus began to chat amongst themselves about foreigners and the like and how we in this country put up with a lot and we dont get much back in return.
As the conversation was loud but friendly I began to gaze again at the skyline and wondered what the pilot of that aircraft overhead thought before he left England for some other
destination. I hope he had a good
breakfast and was pleased with what he met in life and times before his departure ... its easy to say ... go to work on an egg... but I wonder what the Pilot had for breakfast?
Moslem groups are top of the agenda here in Southampton and this city strives towards a better relationship and understanding between - Christians and - Moslems.
I read the Turkish blog and they claim the Turks are saying that the EU is a Christian Club from which they are excluded as Moslem..... we pray for their acceptance as full members ... great stuff on Turkish blogs .. keep on blogging.
