Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything/ by Steven D.Levitt and Stephen J.Dubner
Steven D.Levitt, an economist of University of Chicago, and Stephen J.Dubner, a journalist for many famous economic and financial newspapers, surprise scholars and audience with an innovative insight and unexpectedly reasonable answers to complicated economic issues. It is structured through questions of the commons between Sumo wrestlers and teachers, between property broker and 3K party members; or the question why drug smugglers still live with their mothers, where all the criminal go and what make a perfect parent. It is so interesting that although there are numerous studies carried on to find out these social issues, they still give, interestingly, different reasons with convinced figures and evidences.
