ballet book is a brilliant read for younger readers. Louisa is always visiting her sick neighbor, Mrs Posnansky in hospital
and
telling her lots of stories about her ballet class which really cheers her up, so when they hear that Mrs Posnansky is returning home Louisa and her friends Phoebe and Tony jump at the chance to put on a ''welcome home'' ballet performance. Louisa goes to ballet all the time and really enjoys her lessons with Mrs Matting so when she is told that her ballet
school is closing down she is devastated. The only other ballet school in town in extremely hard to get into and very expensive but Louisa, Phoebe and Tony audition anyway. The others soon recieve their letters telling them their fate but there''s no letter for Louisa, does thins mean the end of her dancing career?
