Leadership Secrets of Santa Claus
Abstract: This is a simple to read and easy to understand book on leadership written in story form. The book
is a very effective guide for leaders at all levels to help them accomplish big things during their assignment by giving clear goals, definite accountabilities, ongoing feedback, direction/support, coaching/training, recognition/award to their employees. The authors have summarized leadership traits of the Santa Claus in story form and have suggested us that these traits, are also present in each of us and these are applicable to all situations.
The book has emphasized on following major leadership traits:

2) He/she must attract and retain the best and brightest professionals
3) Leader must set realistic / achievable goals and assign accountabilities
