"A Night At The Call
Center" is the book written by the author of the youth generation. The book holds a great story that
will make you feel like the character that is playing the role has some part of you in it and it will make you like the book more. The Story depicts the present scenario of the life of six people who work in a call
center. They all have different life style different thoughts but one thing that is common between them is the call center in which they spend there restless nights for the money. Each character of the story is dealing with different kind of
circumstances in their lives and which are of course not good. The story is being narrated by one of the Character whose name is Shyam.Shyam's Ex-girlfriend is also in same call center in which Shyam works. They both had some feeling for each other but they find it much better to not let this expressed. However the other five people include another guy named Vimal whose call center name was Victor Mel he also has some circumstances in life. He wanted to have good life with good automobile around and for this only reason he works in night that is in call center. Another girl Named Esha she is working in the call center because she wants to be a model she has come to a far city just to become a model and against her parents will. the circumstances of her life is that she is being used up and thrown away by the guy who made her believe that if she is going to comfort her then he will make a her a model. But the next morning she introduced to a shocking fact that the man with whom she slept left a message for her that she can't be a model because her height is short. Another character of the story is Radhika who is a housewife who is tired of working for her in-laws but his husband always takes the side of his family. On one day these all people get into there cab for reaching out the call center. After reaching there they find that the call traffic is bit low so they do not have more work that night. Later on night passes the HR of the BPO give them the news of out sizing and Radhika came to know that her husband has a girlfriend.
All people were in tension which seems to be much deeper. Vimal and Shyam gets another shock in the night. The web solution that they have designed for the BPO to increase call traffic was forwarded to their Boston head office with the name of Bakshi in it. They all decide to take a break out of the call center so that they can feel better.
While coming back to call center in the cab Vimal tell the guy that he knows a short cut. The short cut was such uneven road that it makes them to fall in a ditch which has iron rods in it. The rods was so pointed that they all were scared. They try to call someone for help but the network was nil. At the same time they get a call on Shyam's mobile displaying "GOD"S calling". Shyam felt surprise that he don't know any god named person. When they pick up the call they found that it was real god who tells them how they can get out of there circumstances. God told them how they can make there life more a good place. However in the end god tells them to listen to their heart. After sometime when they disconnect the calls they find a way out of the ditch. Then they get back to call center Vimal and Shyam quits from call center after teaching Bakshi a lesson and after taking six months pay in advance. In the end Shyam gets her Ex-girlfriend Priyanka back. And Radhika files a divorces case against her husband. The life becomes well for everyone again when they start listening to their hearts.
