Abstract : This a simple to read and easy to grasp book encouraging you to take it easy , remain cheerful and 
ever young. For staying young, it is essential to discard all the non-essential things, which includes items, weight, height, numbers and people.  The author stresses that you should retain people only with positive attitude as the grouches pull you down.  A person who cribs so often and gets easily irritated cannot be fully productive and happy.  He / She will be a source of negativity and will adversely affect others too. The book contains following useful tips which will help you to remain younger over longer time :
1)     Life: The number of breaths we take does not measure life; instead it is measured by the exciting moments that take our breath away. Therefore make the best of every moment of your life, make it meaningful and enjoyable.
2) Learning: You must learn the art of remaining cheerful to live well and live longer. To have more purposeful life you must make learning a life long process and continue to explore more and enjoy in abundance. You may learn more about the computers, crafts, and hobby like gardening / photography, music, dancing, stock market or do any business as per your taste / pass time.
3) Occupied:  Keep your self occupied and do not let the brain remain idle since  "An idle mind is the devil''s workshop."  An idle person will age faster.
4) Enjoyment: Enjoy the simple things as they happen around you more often . Do not wait for great events to happen.  Celebrate small achievements and your energy will double up to do bigger and better things for attaining bigger joy. 
5) Laughter: Laughter is best medicine for many physical  / psychological stresses Learn to laugh it off and do not get serious on small issues. Laugh often, long and loud enough. Laugh until you gasp for breath or you get tears in your eyes or you get a stitch in your stomach.
6) Endurance: Endure grieve, failure and any set back . Take it a wake up call and move on. Do not shed tears rather take it as challenge and attempt again with fresh vigor. For this do not be too sensitive instead be more sensible. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is our self. We came alone in this world and will pass away alone so why morn departure of nears and dears.
7) Love:  Love begets love. Love is GOD. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it''s family, pets, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.  If you love some one , show it. Seeing is believing.
8) Health: God’s greatest blessing is good health. If it is good, preserve it and if it is unstable, improve it. Cherish your health .If it is beyond your resources, take help from relatives, friends, doctors, Psychologist. Must get well.
 9) Happy journeys:  Make a trip to any place where you get joy and not stress. You may go tracking in hills, go shopping to a mall, to country side; to another country, but NOT to where there is guilt or sorrow..
10. Help: Help the needy and you will feel happy that you did some thing well. Remember giving away some thing gives you greater joy than seeking or getting
Take this book as  a way of healthy , lovable and happy living
