These are systemic that allow a
man to
succeed, which without, it is absolutely impossible for a man to get to the destination of
success. The stronger the determination, and, the gravity of the stubbornness of the heart, the more focused the mind becomes. It is therefore impossible for a set goal to be achieved if the mind is weak and if the mind gets quickly weary of difficulties. One dangerous factor that militates against our focus is laziness, because a lazy man is always of a lazy mind set but a focus man is of a focused mind set. If we dally on our way to succeed, then we will not be able to achieve in time and it will always retrogress
competence in the “
self”. This is where “self” and competence sets in, “self” is the in-man that brings out the dignity and integrity of a man. A man’s life is built on “self” and guided by conscience. You pride in yourself, if only led by the conscience and the end result is competence. The systemic now goes like, a man that is determined to succeed and focuses on success but without competence in “self”, is just like one that is planning to fail. There is supposed to be a chord between the systemic and not a line drawn in-between, in other words they are not to be parallel in action but rhythmic.
Information is the pill that vitalizes the mind in times of depression, dejection and stress. On the road to success, the rough and stumbling way it seems can be frustrating, but a better informed mind will endure all, because they already know that that is the beauty of success. Information is power; the power of information gives strength and courage to carry on even in the face of challenges. All the challenges we encounter on our way to success are test of fate just to discourage us from forging ahead, but information gives guidance that are very useful to stand firm on our path to success. It is a tool that is sourced to equip the mind for the greater task to succeed, a knowledge builder and a path finder. It is true that a man can never be an island of knowledge a reason why it is of important that man must always seek for knowledge. It is only knowledge that can trace the path of success and fill the depth of failure and it is also the route of all successes. In the journey to success, a mind without a prerequisite knowledge is a master minder of failure, but, to excel the mind must always be refreshed. It is information that refreshes the mind, so to succeed the heart must be opened to acquiring knowledge.
Reading is one of the powerful sources of information with about 60 to 80 percent of information embedded in books. Books are documentation of information and or transferable ideas that are relevant to life, but it takes a thinking mind to search for knowledge in it. A thinking mind has a healthy mind, a healthy mind is a reading mind, and a reading mind has an open mind to acquiring knowledge. Knowledge is not an inheritance but it is rather acquired in process. Life is full of mystery but the wise acquires its reaches,
wisdom is not an inheritance but a gift of nature, and the mystery of it is that, when you have it you have life. Wisdom unfolds treasure; it is a tool that searches the corners of life, walks in the corridors of its reaches, and acquires its beauty. Wisdom is power; it captures poverty, suppresses lack and defeats hunger. Wisdom is independent of knowledge as though knowledge does not give wisdom but wisdom increases the knowledge of a man. There is no knowledge without information but wisdom is an endowment of nature that improves the understanding of man. An improved understanding of the environment increases the ability in us to utilize the resources available to improve our standard of living. The effective manipulation of knowledge and wisdom leads to safe landing at the destination of success.
In listening we learn good listeners make great achievers, an attitude of the enemies of the
ordinary that distinguishes them for success. There is more wisdom in listen than speaking, a good listener have better understanding and reasonable responses to issues. The strength of the mind is also in the listening ability of a man, it empowers the mind to judge rightly. Information is a tool to success; a good listener acquires knowledge by carefully understanding and digesting all the facts and figures of all information and making good use of them to better their life. The listening ability is a useful skill to success, it incubates knowledge and it’s tailored by wisdom.
