The Usborne Children Encyclopedia

Book Review   by:Mej1     Original Author: Jane Elliott
ª

This colourful picture encyclopaedia for children is packed with useful information and fascinating facts. Arranged by the subject, it gives clear and simple explanations of everyday things and key concepts and there is even an index in alphabetical order at the back of the book. Humorously illustrated by genius Collin King, this book will not only answer many questions children ask, it will also provide many hours of entertaining reading and encourages kids to continue further and develop their understanding by researching and asking people. The book is great for young children and older ones too (around my age of 8 – 12) for everyone can learn something. I bet adults will also learn a thing or two with this picture encyclopaedia – I really am sure.
