and also who invented the most destructive weapon called
dynamite. Alfred Nobel was born in 1833 October 21st in Sweden in a place called Stockholm. He was son of Emmanul Nobel.
He was a born to family doing destructive weapon business. Alfred Nobel was doing research in his own factory for more destructive weapon. His research in the field led to invention of dynamite in the year 1866.Invention of dynamite made Alfred Nobel rich. Alfred Nobel felt remorse for his new invention because the dynamite was more used in the warfare.
Humanitarian in him awoke. He was sad that his invention was used for destructive purpose. He kept part of his wealth for welfare and development in various fields. He made a testament of his wealth to the people who made most remarkable achievement in five different field of

He died in 1896 December 10 .By 1901 according to his testament Nobel Prize was given in the five areas. Swedish national bank in 1969 contributed Nobel Prize to one more area i.e. ECONOMIC SCIENCE. From 1969 Nobel prizes are given in six areas.
This Nobel Prize is given in the memory of Alfred Nobel on his death anniversary on December 10th every year at Stockholm. How ever Nobel peace prize was given in Oslo, Norway. Nobel peace prize is given to only one person however the other prizes are given to more than one person with a maximum of three.
