How do you even begin to turn around the miserable thoughts that take away your
power. You create an exercise programme-in this case to retain your mind. To do so, you must take action.
1.As you begin t awaken, turn on your audio machine(inner talk of confident day) programing cd of relaxation, meditation what ever, something you like.
2.Place quotes or stick them on the mirror as you get out of bed, pay attention to those positive quotes.
3.As you dress, it 's great to turn on music, or what ever feels right for you at any given moment.
4.Repeat your affirmations for at least ten minutes replacing the negativity, don't let the little voice take you over, your chatter box.
5.As you exercise daily affirmations like i can feel the energy coursing through my body, i am just functioning in the right way.
6.Breakfast is over and it is time to go to work, listen t music or inspirational messages or stirring music. N.B.do not use your meditation audios in the car they will let you sleep take care.
7.As you walk in the office be aware of the positive messages you installed.
8.Pick one special affirmation and write it in your diary to refer to it daily.
9.Before you sleep put in relaxation audio and turn it on for peace of mind.
