Often my husband will go to the library and take out a book for me to read. Often the books are rather peculiar
but I read them anyway. This book
describes the role of cows in human history. It covers prehistory up to modern age. It covers the role of cows in a variety of locations. The book describes the role of beef, dairy, physical labor and entertainment such as bull
fighting and rodeos.
I didn't think I would like this book but oddly enough I did. I only visited a farm for three weeks. but I eat meet and dairy products. So if I can find this book interesting, maybe someone else can too.
