Piedra I Sat Down and Wept might be one of the most beautiful books i've ever read. the story is unique, different
from other spiritual-theme book and the way Paulo Coelho arranged every word is simply magical. the story is about a woman named Pilar who met her
childhood friend who has become a spiritual leader living in a seminary. they used to be lovers but now, circumstances changes. Pilar was trapped in her customary everyday duties, her plan was to finish her studies, got married, have kids, and living the easy way just like other people. but those plans change after she met her childhood friend again and they are both grown-ups now.
he took her into a journey she never had before, a spiritual yet releasing trip which cost her a love so strong she can't run away. she is faced with a difficult situation where she has to choose between having a relationship to this wonderful man who can perform cure and give hope to many people, or let him go so give social services to serve God.
this book has captured elegantly the feminine side of God which make us believe that God is not always a man, but She is a woman in many ways....
a truly worth-buying book!
