Swami Jnaneshvara Bharathi is an American born student and teacher of the ancient Himalayan tradition of Yoga. He is a monk of the Shankaracharya lineage. In this CD, the voice will systematically guide you through the yogic practice; move systematically through 61 specific points in the body, helps you practice the ascending breath awareness along the body and the spine. The focus is brought to the space between the eyebrows, and guides you through the state of meditation and helps you realize your inner self. This Audio CD is of 57 minutes duration, and comprises four parts, the first of which is an introduction. Who requires this CD: The CD focusses primarily on the Yogic sleep aspect of Yoga( Sleeping while remaining conscious). This can be taken even bu beginners. Yogic Nidra helps to gain fruitful energy for those who have frequent inadequate sleeps, to make up for the lost sleep. This CD could be useful for this class of people as well.
