Rich dad, poor dad

Book Review by: Tama

Original Author: Robert T. Kuyosali & Sharon l
This abstract was translated from אבא עשיר אבא עני
The book ''Rich Dad Poor Dad'' is not, as many think, another book that explains how to become rich quickly. Unfortunately,
it is not possible. In order to make money you have to work hard (the book talks about certain type of work). So, why do I recommend this book? I recommend this book because the book shows us different perception about money, work, investments, and generally about life.
The book explains why it is worthwhile to leverage the money and make it work for us instead we work for the money. The book helps us understand that we are restricted. We are restricted to 190 working hours a month, multiplied by 12 months and by 40 years (for example) of working. You'll notice that we are restricted to a bit less than 100,000 working hours throughout our mature life. Therefore we must invest it in many ways that would yield us a passive income in the future. Thus we can find time and invest in even more ways.
The book is not teaching us how to become rich, but it teaches the right perception that insofar we implement it successfully, it shall make us rich in the future. I enjoyed every minute reading this book and recommend that all of you should read it. The book's writing is simple, with wit, humor and still holds a lot of knowledge, which I haven’t got in my 3 years studying at the university.
