VEG./SIDE DISH
MUSHROOM MASH
Utensil: liquidizer
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves 6:
Ingrédients
1 kg
mushrooms (Paris)
6 cloves
garlic 600 ml.
stock 50 gr butter
3
tbs olive oil
6 tbs cream
nutmeg
salt and
pepper to taste

1. Pare and clean up mushrooms, rinse under tap water and towel dry.
2. Chop garlic.
3. Melt butter and oil..
4. Slice mushrooms.
5. On a slow burner, fry garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes..
6.
Add half of the stock and bring to a boil. Season. Cook on low fire for 15 minutes, adding the other half of the stock.
7. Add cream and liquidize. Check salt and pepper. Reheat and serve.
