MEAT DISHES
HERBY CHICKEN THIGHS
Utensils:
microwave, special grill plate
Cooking time: 12 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 chicken thighs
12 thin slices of bacon
Mixed herbs or choose your preferred herbs
2 soup spoonfuls of olive oil
Salt to taste
The
microwave doesn't need to be
preheated.*
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then roll them in the mixed herbs.
2. Roll the bacon slices around the chicken thighs and hold the rolls closed with wooden cocktail sticks.
3. Cook for 6 minutes on maximum power in the microwave. Turn and cook for a further 6 minutes, lowering the power if necessary. Pierce the meat to check that it is properly cooked.
4. Leave to stand for 5 minutes then serve.
NOTE: Certain types do require the grill platter to be preheated. If so, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
