100 Delicious ways to cut right down on fat! With today/s obese problems we have to
find a way out of our dilemma! I observe on a daily basis the number of incredibly
overweight teenagers and people generally who walk enough - take enough daily
exercise but obviously do not diet effectively!
Its good to pick up a book that deals specifically with the issue of fat! Myself, I have always been that desired Size 10 and of course you can be sure I look great in whatever I wear including the French
Bikini. But over the last few years I began to pile on the pounds and my dress size was creeping up to a 14. I took a vacation with my family in Europe and I was horrified to note how much weight I had gained.
I determined to fight the fat and joined our local UK Weight Watchers Club/as a honorary member!
Well, its a success story and I stuck to their rules ... I had been a member before when at College and just before a long assignment overseas for work ... and sure as facts are facts, I have now reduced correctly to the coveted Size 10 but I must keep to my plan, thus my inclusion of this book.

and you must give up eating regularly "Fish and Chips" - I have but would recommend it as a special treat at Christmas! They produce fat free fish and chips in London! So the pounds are still slimmed down.
Recommended dish: Mushroom casserole with red wine/but if you are like some people I know, are
tee-total/skip the wine and add stock or just water!
Cheesecake is a great treat on special occasions but again, avoid it if you put weight on easily!
Eat the greens around the side of the plate and you will also enjoy the success of a fat free existence and get into that perfect size for the sizzling summer we are at present enjoying!
