Love The Sun? Love The News of The
World? Then buy this
book! A
true insight into the world of an
editor (albeit one who was eventually slayed by the might of Fleet Street about some rather questionable photos) and how the rich and the powerful live. The book is brilliantly written, as you would expect from a former editor, but it is how Mr Morgan describes his relationship with the Government of Tony Blair where the real gems of the book are to be found. I came away after reading it feeling that
maybe Tony is not as bad as I first thought, that maybe Gordon is a little wiser and a lot more like Mr Blair than his grey exterior shows and that Alistair Campbell really was the true doctor of Spin. The book is a must for any political collector of books, plus the added bonus of hearing about Jeremy Clarkson's exploits and more to keep the tabloid reader interested! !
