The bodacious Man tells a story about Mr. Pan-lechang who is a CEO of an insurance firm. He is not a conservative CEO while he concentrates on the innovation, which produces continous develpoment in his firm. I appreciate many of his viewpoints. In his opinion, the most important thing is not to focus on the working hours of staffs but on making full use of individual ability and wisdom in the knowledge economy time. He also believes service industry is the finest and also the most difficult to standardize. It needs to consider consumers' feelings everytime and everywhere. And only those with wise and flexible strategy will achive success.
