Since the times of Moses, the jews used the meditacion as a way to conect in a spiritual sensewith God. The time goes by
and this tradition lost, recoverd years later by the Hasidism, a mistycal movement that born in the 1700 with the Rabbi Baal Shem Tov as the leader of that. With this movement la Kabalah take a new impulse. This heritage has been collect by the Rabba Arye Kaplan, author of more than 50 books and teacher of Jewish Meditation. In this book he share his knowlegde about Jewish Meditation, put on the table the historical facts that give the light of truth of his work, and explain allthe step that you need to practice this kind of meditación, he also brings guimatria concepts and also about kabalah. Along the book he give us in a simple language deep filosofy concept and bring to the readers the knolegde that belongs for centurys to the jewish people.For one that are looking for magical formulas this is not teh book recommend, but for those that feel simpathy for the spiritual side of this people and want to know new faces of the jewish text, they will not feel decapointed. This book inclued exercices that will bring holy states of mind that can be experiment for the new with out a problem.
