Potentialities of changeA new construction of the knowledge is operated by the multimedias, construction not stabilized, which operates ruptures with the traditional representations of the knowledge. This change of architecture resounds on the training because it offers potentialities about the effectiveness. Effectiveness which passes by the rupture of the rigid borders between disciplines, by the obligation of the multilingualism and the development of the autonomy of learning, provided that the change constitutes a finality of the processes of formation and that these potentialities are clarified and exploited. This change relates to the device of processing of the data or training as a whole (called in question of the concepts of levels, of progression, accent about the communication, taken into account of personal projects, recognition of partial competences). The range of the change will depend however on the way in which one will manage to include L evaluation there. Limits: The NTIC widen the gapsHowever the increase in resources is governed by economic laws and does not constitute a universal fact. The rates of elimination of illiteracy are in regression in several countries in the process of development (DEVELOPING COUNTRY), the term of “delay” frequently appears with matter of Internet in France, the formations with the access to the resources become contents of formation in other contexts. The assumption according to which the NTIC would constitute means of giving to more people, a greater equality in the access to the resources, remains to be shown.
