HUM AUR CHAMATKARIK VIDYA STENOGRAPHYThe Book entitled “Hum Aur Chamatkarik Vidya Stenography” first time published in Hindi language in the history of Stenography profession is more knowledgeable, specially for unemployed Youths/Students, Office Managers and Employees working in Government and Private Organizations. Needless to say, the book is like reading excited material for all age group of persons for their charming life styles. Lot of contents inside the book has been illustrated on human behaviour related to the profession of Stenography. For improvement of HINDI knowledge and Language, this book is very useful for all intellectuals also. At present, countries like USA, UK, Australia, South Africa, Russia, European countries, Gulf Countries are taking keen interest to learn Hindi language. In the context of Stenography, the book has been written in Hindi and useful for the nation and abroad. Explained in the book that parent is the main foundation stone & architecture for character building of human being and gives right direction on fruitful life of a child, they are the actual GURU of life. Then the role of teacher becomes enormous. Book started from homage of Writer’s Grand Mother inspired the writer in childhood to write such unique book for the first time appeared in the world. In this book the writer explained the duty, quality & behaviour of human being. We all are son of GOD but why disparity, feeling of castism, regionalism is going on in our surroundings. The Book “Hum Aur Chamatkarik Vidya Stenography” means “HUM” is the writer, Sudesh Kumar Yadaw, and all persons who have started their career as Stenographer and also for Private Secretaries, Personal Assistants of Head of the Departments of different organizations and through hard work achieved top position in the world.Looking into the present age of Computer, people are lagging behind from this trade/ profession due to unavailability of perfect information, proper guidance, encouragement about this trade. Generally, people think that due to invention of Computer and Lap Top, there is no necessity of shorthand (Stenography). Naturally, this thinking becomes harmful for this trade. Shorthand (Stenography) and Computer is different from each other. The work of Stenography is different from the work of Computer. People should realise, if electricity will exile or disappear from the world, how computer may work with good spirit but after that the work of shorthand may be continued without any hindrances as this was also happened in the ancient era when electricity was beyond imagination. Seeing this situation, writer has tried to encourage to new generations through this book for proper attention about this profession. Writer has given some example of ancient era about important shorthand users in the book. Generally, all the persons know that the Julius Caesar was the greatest emperor of Rome but nobody knows that in ancient Rome, Julius Caesar, himself was proficient in shorthand.
The ancient Rome scribe did not have paper, pen, pencil or ink. How, then, did they record the events? The medium was a tablet with raised edges covered with a wax layer. As many as 20 such tablets could be fastened together to form a book. Stylus, similar to pencil was used for the actual writing. The point was ivory or steel, the other end flat in order to easily smooth the wax when the notes were no longer needed and a new tablet required. Ironically, it was with such instruments that Caesar was stabbed to death. Similarly, the American President ‘Woodrow Wilson’ (1856-1924) frequently used shorthand to record his first thoughts on topics. In 1918, he outlined his famous fourteen points, the term which he believed should be used as the bans for the peace treaty settling the first World War which the United States had entered in April 1917 on the side of Allies- Great Britain, France, Italy and Russia. This is the only usage exampleof shorthand by Great man. People does not know this type of information relating to shorthand which is described in the book. Julius Caesar and President Woodrow Wilson is not the simple man, but they were used shorthand in writing. The craze / working personality of Stenographers with this job has been highlighted to improve the status and working culture which is very good phenomenon and encouragement to the new generations of stenography. There are many mysterious and valuable descriptions in the book which general people doesn’t know and they cut off from the usage of this wonderful trade. Besides this, lot of quotations & messages relating to life from the Holy Personalities have also been included on the bottom of the book which make the book logical and beneficial. In the context of women /lady worker or status of the women, very good descriptions have been given to encourage the women in the present scenario to work in good atmosphere. The writer has collected few pearls from greatest ocean for respectable intellectuals in the shape of book to make life easy.
