Seldom have I encountered a self-help book that
delivers
exactly what
it promises but in this masterpiece,a gem
is
in our midst.Paul McKenna PhD. takes you step by step
through seven days of mind reprogramming that, quite
literally, changes your whole way of thinking. Each
chapter
covers one days worth of reading. In each section he
demonstrates with,amazing clarity, the
simple truth
that it
is possible to trigger the neural processes in our
brain to
make us instantly feel happy, successful and
confident.It
sounds unbelieveable but
think of a time in your life
when
you really wanted something. You could think about
little
else; you imagined it, you pictured yourself living the
experience in your mind, and when you look back you now
have the thing you desired. Does this sound familiar?
This
scientific approach to success is refreshing and, most
importantly, effective.
The book is accompanied with a mind-programming cd which
may sound rather daunting, but it simply outlines
relaxation technigues along with simple ways to enhance
your ability to view life from a more positive perspective.
To the sceptical, I would say read this book and give Dr.
McKenna's techniques the benefit of the doubt.
Without doubt the market place is awash with wild claims
about how to make millions and change your life but there
always seems to be an insurmountable catch in it somewhere
along the way. I couldn't find anything of the sort in this
book
