Every one's desire is to live for a long time without any diseases.So, inorder to maintain agood health, include vegetables
and fruits in your daily food. Avoid junk foods,alcohol and smoking.So in order to maintain a healthy life,the following tips may be helpful.This will not make any harm to our body.For the strength of the Teeth-use almond,milk and small fishes daily.For healthy Eyes-include vegetable leaves in food.To reduce Blood Pressure-eat 1 burned garlic/day.For Healthy Body-avoid fast foods, drink 8 cups of water daily,daily exercise,keep a daily routine ie take food in time,early to bed and early to rise,be always happy,avoid tension.For Pimbles-use first a slight hot water and then cold water to wash your face.For Constipation-drink 1 liter of hot water,eat dates,fruits,raw vegetables.For Hair lose-take fenugreek paste and apply in the wet hair for 5 minutes and after that wash it.DON't use it in the night because fenugreek is cold.It is also essential for removing stains and dandruff from the hair.For Grey Hair-eat goosberry daily or drink its juice.For Small Poison-use green turmeric paste.To control Diabetics:eat less rice but more raw vegetables,daily walking from 2 to 3km.For Cough-take the mixture of dry ginger,cumin seed and some honey/sugar to taste.For Sleepless-drink hot milk with sugar.For Fever and Cold- take black coffee,dry ginger,pepper and palmyra palm(Borassus fabellifier)together.To reduce Cholestrol-eat raw bulb onion/day.For Dysentry-take 10 cups of black tea continuosly.
