Banana/Pinapple Pulishery(Kerala curry)Banana-1/ Pinapple-1/4 ,Grinded Coconut-1/2 portion, Chilly-2 no.s, Chilly powder-1/2 tsp, turmeric powder-1/4 tsp ,curd-2 tsp, salt- to taste,water- to boil, oil-1 tsp ,curry leaves-1 bunch. Cut the banana/pinapple into pieces and put it into a vessel. Add turmeric powder,chilly powder, chilly and water to it. Cook it for 5 minutes.Paste the grinded coconut. Mix it with the cooked banana/pinapple. Addsalt to it.Boil it for 5 minutes.Then add curd to it. Before removing from the stove put curry leaves and oil to it and mix it well. NB:- Pinapple must be sweet.Otherwise add 1 tsp sugar into the curry.
