of boiled paddy-250 gms Cold water-1 cup Salt - to taste oil-1/4 cup CookedRice-1/2 cup Soak the Rice and black gram in separate vessels for 8 hours.Squeeze them separately with cooked rice,salt and cold water.Pour out to a vessel and sour it for another 8 hours.Place the idle utensilon the stove .Smear the oil and pour the prepared flour in it and cook it for6 minutes
