clear a Hopi Billy Tuve of robbing a trading post. Billy had in his possession a perfect
diamond. To clear Billy, Chee and Leaphorn must locate the Shaman who gave him the diamond. Possibly the
diamonds came from an old plane crash believed to be near the Hopi Shrine area of the Brand Canyon. Dangerous strangers come to the Navajo lands, interested only in the arm handcuffed to the diamonds. Skeleton Man has everything a reader could want, mystery, suspense, intrigue and romance. Will the stoic Jim Chee and the beautiful Bernie Manuelito survive to get married?
