Managing for dummies

Book Review by: Ncat

Original Author: Bob Nelson;Peter Economy
Maybe you have heard of the shooter for dummies or Window for dummies, but ever the managing for dummies? Managing
for dummies
does. It involve the all details on managing with the easy words. It absolutely is the handbooks for the starting manager and manager to be.
This book starts with the understanding of word, manger, and then to the every details of the management. One of the obviously style of this book is “easy”. It strive for the conciseness in letters involved with lots of spoken words to state the soul of the managing. Plentiful managing case studies involved in this book is another salience, which content are from HR to Team making. This book consists of seven chapters with plentiful cases filling in separately. Bob is an expert in HR fields, and he cites much of case studies in this book, which are what he has learned in his another book, 1001 Ways to Reward Employees
, and the readers will enjoy the ways to encourage their employees. Beside, some ways to contact with people, including employees management, teams management and self-management are also mentioned in this book, as well as some basic financial knowledge.
