As the wind blows
This is a story about a young
married couple whose parents lived middle class life styles. They were expected to get married when they finally met through a friend of a friend. Both Kim and Gary did not mind getting married because all of their friends were. Gary was a full
time chef in an upper class restaurant and his wife Kim was the P.A. to the owner and she travelled a lot. Kim only fell inlove with Gary about a year after they were married. She had been pregnant and because she valued her work so much, was not prepared to calm her working hours. Her and Gary had had an
argument and she had fled the
house wanting to be away from the argument. That night she had had a car accident and lost the
baby.
In the present, it was just about Christmas time, in fact three weeks before Christmas when they were expecting very
good friends of theirs to visit. Just before they had arrived, Kim and Gary had both seen a shooting star upon where Gary had secretly wished for a baby. The evening went well and the couples had booked a
holiday to Spain.
While they were on holiday, Kim and Gary's house had been burnt down by some local hooligans. What wasn't burnt down, was stolen. This cut their holiday short and so Kim and Gary returned to their country which was the Isle of Skye. Fortunatley, Kim and Gary had a very good insurance on their house and with this money Gary vowed to rebuild their home. This time bigger and better.
In the mean time Kim is pregnant but before she finds out, she fell ill and hardly had any
