Seing my mother once again

Book Review by: Writer81

Original Authors: Zana Muhsen ; Andrew Crofts
This abstract was translated from Noch einmal meine Mutter sehen
Seing my mother once again. Sold into slavery by the own dad! Zana and her sister live in England and are very happy there.
But their father is very strict and not very pleased with the thought, that Zana meets boys or rather goes to parties. Nearly every day their father invites friends, who speak a language, which is not familiar neither to Zana nor to her sister. Thus it is no problem for the father to negotiate a business, withot the knowledge of of his familiy. A business or a deal with the devil, if one may call it like that. Because he really sold both of his daughters into the Yemen for 1300 pounds. At first it was just Nadja who was ought to go, but Zana also wanted on all accounts to go with her sister, what was just well for the father. That is why he also agreed upon her sending to Yemen and allowed her the travel. First Zana flew with the friend ahead, also if she was a bit nervous, but was very pleased to get to know the homeland of her father. Finally arrived in the Yemen, Zana came to the family of the friend, where she felt lonely very soon. She could not understand anything of the language and so she did not understand the warnings of the friends wife, who did not want her to suffer the same destiny as she did. But at that time it was ways too late, because an escape wasn´t possible at all anymore. And so, after a short period of time Nadja followed and the nighmare began. Strokes, rapes and things like that were on the order of the day. After years the mother of Zena was able to free her daughter and to get her home. Whereas her son and sister are still in the Yemen. Parents without any scruples and conscience. And there one is able to see what some people do for money. This book is on any account to recommend, because it expresses that there are always people who are in a worse situation and those people rely on our help. That is why we should walk through our life with open eyes and help others instead of looking away, because there might be safed a humans life!
