This abstract was translated from De las Sacerdotisas, Brujas y adivinas de Machu Pichu

We are in front of an exciting archeological study referred to one of the more mythical sites existing on Earth: the ruins of Machu Pichu. The study introduces us to a magical reality related with the existence of the city, since women had a preponderant role while life flowed trought it; according to the version of Sanchez Macedo, the city was dominated by women, witches and priestesses, as a manner intending to maintain them away from any terrenal contamination; it was a city showing a ritual destiny. The author describes the city architecture and its mystical connotation, with an accurate description of its wonderful constructions; it is an exciting, full of mysticism and enchantment book, escorted with a very accurate archeological description.
