My experience told me as follows.
1.Know what you are doing, have solid business plan.
2.Focus, focus, focus, avoid the waste of time and money.
3.Do extending market research,
Know your competents.
4.Know how to use your resource wisely.
5.Always improve your tools, skills and knowledge as much as possible.
6.To have the right attitude facing rejection.
7.Be patent and bearable to hardship, difficulties...
8.Hard work, not just talent.
9.Never be too old to learn.
